An integrated cement, lime, and marble manufacturing factory in Moroto district, Karamoja sub-region. The project leverages abundant limestone and marble deposits in the area to produce cement, quicklime, hydrated lime, and processed marble products.

Karamoja has significant untapped mineral wealth. This factory will anchor industrial development in the region while substituting imports of cement and lime products. The project supports government priorities for mineral value addition and regional economic development.
